ABOUT US
GAMMA SPECTRUM CLAN is a non-stock, non-profit, non-sectarian, apolitical youth-composed and youth-serving organization devoted to the development of the individual person with specific relevance to EDUCATION, ENVIRONMENT and HEALTH. Organized in 2008 as a simple and common "text clan" which eventually evolved into an organization of young, dynamic and socially-active youths and young professionals with a common purpose.
A TEXTER’S CIRCLE
Prior to its debut in the community, Gamma Spectrum Clan was known to use the cellular phone as its primary mode of recruitment and sustainability. It started with a simple mission: to strengthen the bonds of camaraderie through constant communication.
A YOUTH ORGANIZATION
Since its beginning in 2008, Gamma Spectrum Clan had focused on recruiting youths aged 13 and above. Truly believing in the aspiration of the Philippine National Hero, Dr. Jose Rizal, that the youth is the hope of our nation, the organization upholds to its mission in exposing, enhancing and empowering the young generation.
A DEMOCRATIC ORGANIZATION
Gamma Spectrum Clan believes and respects the right and privilege of every member to freely choose their set of officers who shall govern them and guide them in reaching their dream and the organization’s long-term goals. It also respects the freedom of choice for each member and opinions and suggestions are of value in consideration of the greater need and benefit.
A FRIENDSHIP NETWORK
Gamma Spectrum Clan practices the virtue of quality over quantity. It aims to increase its partners and linkages for the benefit of all its members in terms of aesthetic and technical aspects of learning. The organization values the role of consistent education in the development of the whole person.
